RADIATE NOT FADE AWAY

This solo art show by Anne Militello showcases her work as an important lighting artist. Presented at the Modern Culture Gallery in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, the moving light paintings were created by theater lights and customs projections, scaled down to appear as alive, 3-D paintings that pop out of a flat wall. Working with the theme of the human neuro-system and the visual imaging of creativity, the artist used her own thoughts and feelings about creative process in every piece of this visual translation.
